Male English Teacher (ESL/TEFL)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a male English teacher from the UK or US to teach students online. We are hiring for a school located in India. There will be 5 batches of students, each consisting of around 25-30 students.

Teaching Process:
The target students are located in India aged between 5-15 years. You are expected to enhance the English language skills, especially the communication skills of students. There will are local English teachers teaching academic English language at school. You are required to conduct classes online. The class setup will be the same as a physical classroom with all required devices equipped. The local English teachers will be physically present in the classroom during your online classes. The local teacher(s) will be assisting you and facilitating your online class.

Requirement:
- Must be a native English speaker (either from the UK or US)
- Considerable experience in teaching English communication skills including speaking, writing, reading, listening skills
- CELTA/ESL/TESOL/TEFL certificates are highly preferred
- Able to teach at least 2-10 hours a week
- Should be able to cooperate with the local staff for a smoother teaching-learning experience
- Should possess the basic computer skills for efficient delivery of lessons
- Should create an effective program of work for a teaching duration and execute each lesson plan effectively
- Should have access to uninterrupted and strong internet access with required devices for online classes.

Class Schedule:
Each batch requires a minimum of 2 hours of teaching per week. 5 batches x 2 hours = 10 hours. 2 hours of classes per batch can be spread into three 40-minute classes in a week or classes of any convenient duration. You can choose to teach one batch or more than one or all 5 batches. Choosing more batches will be efficient for you, as single preparation can be helpful in delivering the same lessons to different batches. We are flexible with the schedule, given the classes are conducted in the given time frame.
