Looking for English-speaking caller with Trust & Honesty
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We're looking for an English caller who is willing to handle audio/video interviews for technical jobs on behalf of us.
Important NOTEs:
We're only looking for someone who is able to keep long-term trust as long as it goes.
Requirements:
● Native English speaking level (C2) + Any race "OR" Fluent English speaking level (B2+) + Race of White
● Gender: Male (if female, she must be a native English speaker)
● Age: 20 to 45
● Willingness to learn basic knowledge of Software Engineering if you don't have any knowledge of that.
● Must be willing to work in US business hours.
● Prior to the work getting started, must have a call with me while turning the camera on.
Preferred requirements:
● Preferably have American accent but not mandatory
● Preferably have knowledge of the USA job market
● Preferably have basic knowledge about Software Engineering industry
Pay rates:
From $20 per hour (for the call duration). We will consider paying bonus for the well-done calls/interviews.
The pay rate will depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to communication & technical skills, knowledge, and the skill set.
All of the above is not that important. The most important things are honesty, trustworthy, and beliefs.
