Long-Term Hiring: Female Filipino Online English Teachers
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m expanding my small online school and need a few committed female Filipino tutors to guide Chinese children aged 5 – 12 through fun, 25-minute English lessons.
Compensation & Schedule
Each completed class earns 60 – 80 PHP, with the exact rate confirmed after a short demo. Lessons run nightly between 18:00 and 22:00 Beijing Time; please be available from 18:00 to 21:30 on at least six evenings every week so students can rely on a consistent teacher.
What I’m Looking For
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, online or classroom
• A bachelor’s degree in any field
• Neutral, easy-to-understand accent (no strong Filipino inflection)
• Slow, clear delivery that keeps beginners comfortable
• Stable internet, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver interactive, child-friendly 1-on-1 lessons (25 min each)
• Keep energy high and encourage spoken output
