Hiring Tutor/Caretaker in Taiwan full time for Filipino

Hi we are hiring an English Tutor/Nanny /caretaker.
Vaccinated and with passport ready
If you get hired, you will be with other Filipina nannies with my kids. You will be working hand in hand for the household chores and online business matters mostly by night.
Basically, you can treat this job as a domestic helper, but the license is "CARETAKER".
Salary: At least ₱50,000 with a ₱2000 increment after every 6 months until maximum ₱60,000
Privileges:
Once a month day-off after 6 months with 10-day vacation and free back&forth flight tickets after each year;
OR
a 14-day vacation, no day-off (take it or leave it deal).
Process:
POEA accredited agency (MELAKOM): BASIC expenses more or less ₱96,000 (processing, medical, and training fees) can be shouldered by me first and will be a salary deduction for 6 months. You will have to shell out your own money though (that is reasonable) for your own Philippine documents and IDs (just as Philippine companies require from applicants) necessary and required by the agency especially that this will go through Immigration. The bigger expense (96K) we are talking about will be reimbursed IF you finish contract.
