Fluency-Focused English Tutor
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
I’m an intermediate English speaker who wants to move beyond “getting by” and start speaking with real confidence and flow. My priority is spoken English, so I’m looking for a tutor who can structure live, interactive sessions around two main activities:
• Natural conversation practice on everyday and professional topics
• Targeted public-speaking exercises that help me organise thoughts quickly, control pace, and project clearly
Ideally, each lesson blends both elements, with feedback on pronunciation, vocabulary choice, and filler-word reduction. I’m happy to work with your preferred materials or short speeches I prepare in advance.
Consistency is key for me—two or three 1 hour sessions per week in a fixed slot would be perfect, though I can adjust for the right tutor. Please let me know your approach to error correction, homework (if any), and how you track progress toward fluency goals. Recordings of sessions for later review would be a bonus.
