Create prompts for Open AI (davinci model) for Speaking in English.

I would like someone (with native fluency) to create prompts to act like a tutor with a student for certain topic. I will provide topics.
1. the prompt should act based on the English level
2. Evaluate student answers and give final grades.
As as example you can think of 10 questions to AI will ask and students will answer then final prompt will evaluate them and give an average grade 0-100 scale.
