I need a local guide in Tangier Morocco.
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a local guide in Tangier, Morocco. We are a family of 4.
Day 1, 24th of December: We arrive in the city at 12:00 (noon). You would meet us at the port. We need to exchange contact information e.g. phone numbers in advance. You would show us around the old city and help me explore the shopping and markets and help to bargain in the market if needed. Preferably Knowledge of the history of the city would also be great. Show us around Petit Socco and Grand Socco, escort us to museum, join us for lunch. Also to assist us with ordering meals for special dietary needs and any other needs we may have. Help us find groceries we might need in the evening, go with us to a shop if needed.
Day 2, 25th of December: In the morning at 9-10:00 Arrange a drive through the new city of Tangier on the way to Cap Spartel, arrange a camel ride for us, arrange visit of caves of Hercules and give us the history explanations there. Further arrange to see Msoura stone circle and Assilah. We return to Spain on ferry at 17:00, so we should be back on Tangier by 16:00.
What I am looking is for you to be 100% available for us from 24th of december 12:00 to 25th of december to 17:00 with arranging transportation and helping with any need or request we may have. One of the children is a special needs person and this is the reason why I want to have you available and rely on you to translate, communicate and organize to satisfy out needs. Do not worry, we are not complicated and we are a nice family, but we want to be efficient for our short stay in Tangier.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Knowledgeable about the local shopping scene and markets in Tangier
- Familiar with the city's historical sites and outdoor adventures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Honest and joyful attitude.
