• Familiarity with how Noters operate and where the Alanya Land Registry for Oba is located
Receipts for any statutory fees will be reimbursed.
On your proposal you must write in Turkish 'I live in (mahalesi name) Alanya' or your proposal will not be viewed.

II.-Assignment:
A-A couple of visits to the Land Registry for Oba in Alanya, Turkiye- to ask about the official names of specific documents that the Land Registry provides
B-A couple of visits to the Noter nearest the Oba Land Registry in Alanya
C-Collect a template for a Vakeletname from the Noter (included authorisations to be specified in due course)
D-Translate template from Turkish to English
E-Notarise the Vakeletname after client has signed (expenses to be paid and must provide receipts)
F-Use the Vakeletname to obtain a few documents from the Land Registry for the client
III.PAYMENT
For I. to II.A, a payment amount will be agreed and budgeted
For II.B to II. G a payment amount will be agreed and budgeted
IV. Completion Timeline: for I to II. D completion before Nov 14
