Translate Spanish Book to English
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a complete Spanish-language manuscript ready for an English-speaking audience and I’m looking for a translator who can carry the author’s voice, pacing, and cultural context across naturally. The book’s exact genre isn’t critical at this stage, but expect a narrative style with dialogue, descriptive passages, and a few culturally specific references that may need subtle adaptation for clarity.
I’m open to discussing how closely you stay to the original wording; a balanced approach that feels authentic in English yet true to the source usually works best, though we can tweak that once you’ve reviewed a sample chapter.
You’ll receive the text in an editable Word file (or PDF if you prefer to start there) and I’d like the finished English manuscript returned in Word or Google Docs, fully proofread and formatted paragraph-for-paragraph to match the original layout. Along the way, please highlight any phrases that require author clarification so we can resolve them quickly.
Deliverables:
