I have a set of Japanese sales documents that need to be rendered into clear, idiomatic English while preserving their original structure and intent. The finished copy must read as if it were drafted in English from the start, yet maintain the same level of formality and professionalism found in the source files.
Accuracy is my top priority, especially when it comes to product specifications, figures, and any legally sensitive wording. Consistency across terminology matters as well, so working with a CAT tool such as Trados, memoQ, or similar is welcome if it helps maintain a solid glossary.
Please deliver:
• An English version of each document in its original layout (Word/PDF as provided)
• A separate, editable file for any glossary you build during the process
• One round of revisions after my review to catch minor tweaks
