Translate Academic Papers from EN to ID
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have several academic papers that need to move smoothly between English and Indonesian without losing nuance, technical terminology, or the author’s original voice. The material is strictly scholarly—think journal articles, literature reviews, and research reports—so I need someone who is comfortable with citations, formal tone, and discipline-specific vocabulary.
Here is what I’m after:
• A faithful, publication-ready translation (English to Indonesian or Indonesian to English, depending on the file)
• Consistent terminology throughout the text, ideally supported by a short glossary you build as you go
• Clean formatting that mirrors the source layout—tables, figures, and reference lists should line up exactly
I will supply the papers in Word/PDF and expect the final version in the same editable format. If you use CAT tools such as Trados, Wordfast, or memoQ, even better, but they are not mandatory. Accuracy and clarity matter more to me than raw speed, yet I’d like the first 5,000 words back within one week so I can review and give feedback before you continue.
