Spanish-English Part-Time Assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a dependable, self-directed personal assistant who is completely fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English. For no more than 20 hours each week, you will handle the administrative side of my business, with a clear focus on data entry.
Most of the information you’ll work with arrives in Spanish; you’ll translate or clarify anything unclear in English before entering it accurately into our Google Sheets and in-house database. Attention to detail is absolutely critical, as is the ability to keep sensitive information confidential. We will stay in touch through Slack and email, so quick, clear responses are essential.
Deliverables
• Daily entries completed and cross-checked in the assigned spreadsheets or database
• End-of-week summary report outlining what was entered, any anomalies spotted, and your tracked hours
Acceptance Criteria
• 100 % of provided records entered within the agreed daily window
• Fewer than 0.5 % data-entry errors on random spot checks
• All communication answered within one business day
