I have a collection of short Spanish stories aimed at readers aged 8-12 and want them rendered into smooth, engaging English while preserving the sense of wonder and age-appropriate vocabulary. Each story averages 1,200–1,800 words. I will supply the original text as editable Word files; you return a clean English version in the same format, keeping paragraph breaks, dialogue punctuation, and any italicised emphasis exactly where it appears.
A light localisation is welcome—subtle adjustments to cultural references so that an English-speaking child understands them without losing the original flair. Please avoid simplifying the prose too much; the target audience can handle rich language as long as it stays clear.
