Onsite Japanese Interpreter need in Singapore from 11 to 12 March 2026

I’m coordinating two full days of fieldwork for a visiting Japanese client team in Singapore on 11–12 March 2026. Throughout the programme you’ll switch between consecutive interpretation during site visits and simultaneous translation for a series of face-to-face, 120-minute in-depth interviews with local respondents.
Venues will range from office meeting rooms to casual cafés, so flexibility and a clear, confident voice in both English and Japanese are essential.
You should be comfortable handling both interpreting styles without external support. Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to convey nuance in business conversations are key.
Deliverables
• Consecutive interpretation for all field visits over the two days
• Simultaneous interpretation for each 120-minute interview session
• Brief end-of-day verbal recap in English on any major language or cultural points raised
