Japanese-English Conversation Recordings

Job ID: 39925384

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I am assembling a new body of Japanese-English conversation audio that will later be transcribed.
The job is straightforward: record clear, natural dialogues in which both languages are spoken.

Key points
• Each recording should feature any mix of native Japanese speakers, native English speakers, and truly bilingual speakers; feel free to pair or group them as you like, as long as every voice is genuine.
• Topics are up to the participants—daily life, work, travel, study, or light news—so long as the exchange sounds spontaneous rather than scripted.
• Audio must be clean (no background music, minimal ambient noise), delivered as WAV or high-quality MP3 with channel separation when possible.
• I will provide a simple naming convention plus a short consent form for every participant; return the signed forms with the audio files.

Once I review and approve sound quality and file structure, the project is complete; transcripts are not required from you. If you have experience preparing language-learning or linguistic datasets, mention it when you respond, along with a brief sample clip or portfolio link.

Looking forward to hearing authentic voices from both sides of the language pair!
