French–English Medical Manual Translation

I am currently working on the translation of a functional score for Achilles tendinopathy.
The methodology of this project involves an initial forward translation from English into French, followed by a back translation into English performed by native English speakers.
The task requested here is to carry out the back translation into English of the first French version.
This work is expected to be completed within one week.
