I need a virtual assistant who can switch effortlessly between French and English during an extended EDT window—6 p.m. through 11 a.m. Your core job is to sit on our live-chat platform, respond to incoming text enquiries, and issue instant purchase quotes for watches, jewellery, metals, and the occasional designer handbag.
You will receive one-on-one training from me on valuation ranges and the script style I want you to use. During quiet periods you are free to multitask, but you must remain available to pick up chat or forward any voice calls the system routes to you. Shop is in Montreal, QC
Key details
• Language: native-level French and English are non-negotiable.
• Schedule: on call nightly 18:00–23:00 and overnight until 11:00 EDT.
• Tasks: reply to text-only chatbot requests, give quotes, field or transfer calls, and keep a tidy quote log.
• Pay starts hourly while we measure volume; we can revisit the model once we know the average quote count.
