French-English Document Translation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of documents written in French that need to be rendered into natural, idiomatic English without losing any nuance or technical accuracy. Your job is to supply a clean, well-formatted English version that mirrors the original layout (headings, tables, footnotes, etc.) while conveying the same meaning and tone.
Because these are formal documents, I’m looking for a translator who can demonstrate solid, hands-on experience with French-to-English work. When you send your bid, highlight the projects or industries where you’ve tackled similar material so I can gauge fit quickly.
Deliverables:
• Final English-language files in Word (or the source format supplied) with identical formatting
• A brief translator note identifying any ambiguous phrases or terms you had to interpret
• Proofread, ready-to-publish text—no placeholders or machine-translation artifacts
I’ll share the files once we agree on timing, but the current packet totals roughly a few thousand words. If you’re confident in your French-to-English skills and can commit to both accuracy and style, I’d be happy to work with you.
