Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have completed a full manuscript in French and now need it rendered into clear, natural-sounding English without losing the tone, nuance, or stylistic flair of the original text. This is a straight book-length translation project rather than article work or copywriting, so consistency of voice across chapters is critical.
The draft counts roughly 65,000 words. I will supply the final, proof-read French file in Word. I’m looking for a translator who can:
• Deliver an accurate English version ready for copy-editing and layout
• Flag cultural references or idioms that may need adaptation
• Keep chapter headings, sub-headings, and any footnotes aligned with the source
