Extensive English-Spanish Translation

Job ID: 40402587

Budget: $8 – $15 CAD

I have a collection of more than forty pages that must be rendered into clear, natural Spanish. The original files are currently in English and gathered in a single Word document; if you prefer working from PDF, I can export a clean version.

Because the pages come from different sources, the register shifts between formal explanation and conversational copy. I need someone who can keep the tone consistent in Spanish, spot any idiomatic traps, and flag sentences that could read better once localized. Accuracy is crucial, yet I also want the text to flow so that a native reader never feels it was translated.

Please feel free to use any preferred CAT tool—Trados, MemoQ, or even a well-organised glossary in Excel—to ensure terminology stays steady from start to finish. I’m happy to review a short sample first and will provide feedback quickly so you can lock in the style before moving on.

Deliverables
• Fully translated document in the same layout as the source (Word or PDF)
• A brief terminology list if specialised terms appear
• One revision round after my review

I can answer any questions about context, ambiguous phrases, or formatting nuances as soon as you flag them. Ideally I’d like the initial draft within one week, but let me know your realistic turnaround and we can agree on milestones. Looking forward to working with a native-level Spanish linguist who genuinely enjoys polishing meaning rather than mechanically swapping words.
