English-Spanish Document Translation
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I have a collection of English documents totaling a little over 20 pages that now need a faithful, fluid rendering into Spanish. The original files are well-formatted Word documents, and I’d like the Spanish versions returned with the same structure (headings, bullet points, tables, footnotes, and pagination intact).
Accuracy and natural phrasing are more important to me than literal, word-for-word equivalence. Terminology must stay consistent throughout, especially where technical terms or brand language appear. Please flag any expressions that could carry multiple meanings so we can decide together on the best option.
Deliverables
• Fully translated, proofread Spanish files in .docx (mirroring original layout)
• A brief glossary of any recurring specialist terms you standardised
• One revision round after I review the first draft
Acceptance criteria
• No machine-generated content—human translation only, double-checked for grammar, diacritics, and punctuation
• Formatting preserved to match the source
• Glossary and comments supplied where clarification was required
If you have experience with larger batches like this and can commit to a mutually agreed timeline, we should be able to move forward quickly once I supply the documents.
