English-Spanish Children's Story Translator
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
The task is to translate a series of early-reader stories (ages 4-7) between English and Spanish while preserving rhythm, simplicity, and child-friendly tone. Each text must read as if it were written originally for native Spanish-speaking children, keeping dialogue lively and vocabulary age-appropriate without losing the original meaning or charm.
I supply the edited English manuscripts in DOCX and expect the finished Spanish versions in the same layout and format—headings, page breaks, and any on-page cues intact so they drop straight into our illustrator’s workflow. Questions about idioms, cultural references, or wordplay are welcome; I prefer you flag anything unclear rather than guess.
Before delivery, perform your own quality pass: spell-check, consistency check, and a brief aloud read-through to confirm flow. All drafts are confidential, so please handle files securely and delete temporary copies after hand-off.

• One round of minor revisions after my review
• Short change-log noting any unavoidable deviations from the source text
