English Proficiency Evaluation by Native Speaker (Valid for U.S. Scholarships)

– A director of courses in English at a binational center
– A professor of English whose native language is English

Objective:
I am looking for a native English speaker, preferably from the United States, to assess my current English proficiency and complete the official “Report on Proficiency in English” form. This form is required for academic applications and scholarship programs in the U.S. (e.g., Fulbright).

Requirements:

Must be a native English speaker (preferably American);
Experience or credentials in teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (ESL/EFL);
Must be able to complete and sign an official evaluation form with:
Full name, title/position, email, date, and signature;
Ideally affiliated with a school, language institute, or university, but qualified freelancers will also be considered.
Task Details:

Conduct a brief evaluation of my English skills (online interview or via standardized test like TOEFL/IELTS);
Fill out the “Report on Proficiency in English” form (template will be provided);
Submit the signed and completed form (PDF format).
Deliverables:

Signed and completed evaluation form (PDF);
(Optional but preferred) proof of professional background or institutional affiliation, if needed by the receiving institution.
