English-Arabic Social Science Translation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Several peer-reviewed social-science papers written in English need to be rendered into formal, publication-ready Arabic. The work calls for a translator who is equally comfortable with academic style guides and the nuanced terminology used in sociology, political science, and related fields.
Each manuscript averages 6,000–8,000 words and contains standard scholarly apparatus—abstract, main text, in-text citations (APA), tables, figures, and end references. My priority is an Arabic version that reads as if it were originally authored in that language, while preserving every methodological detail, citation, and data point.
Deliverables
• A fully translated Word document for each paper, mirroring the original layout and section headings.
• Consistent, accurate transliteration of author names and non-Arabic proper nouns.
• Maintained reference list in original citation format, with Arabic translation of titles in brackets where required.
Acceptance criteria
• Terminology aligns with established Arabic social-science lexicons.
• All numerical data, tables, and figure captions are identical to the source.
• No machine-translation artifacts; text passes manual proofing for fluency and academic tone.
Please factor in a brief back-and-forth phase for clarifying discipline-specific terms before final submission.
