I'm looking for a dynamic and reliable dispatcher with fluent English for a role in the American market. The primary responsibilities of the role would be client servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing calls from customers.
- Coordination of orders and distribution of work among employees.
- Supporting customers and providing advice on services.
- Maintaining documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Experience as a dispatcher or in customer service will be an advantage.
- Availability of a computer and phone for work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work according to a schedule: 3 working days followed by 5 days of rest.
