I'm looking for a researcher who can delve into the modern eating rituals of East Asia, with a specific focus on daily meals and festivals/celebrations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of, and preferably experience living in, this region. Skills in cultural anthropology, food studies, and ethnography would be a significant plus.
