I need a set of documents rendered into clear, idiomatic English without losing any nuance or intent from the original text. Once we begin I’ll supply the source files and any reference material I have, but the core expectation is simple: every sentence must read as though it were written natively in English while preserving the exact meaning and tone.
Accuracy comes first, yet I also care about flow. Please keep original formatting wherever practical—headings, tables, footnotes, and any embedded figures should appear in the same place in the translated file. If specialised terms arise, maintain consistency and add a short note or glossary entry so I can review terminology choices quickly.
Feel free to work in a CAT tool such as SDL Trados or memoQ if that helps you maintain coherence, but the final hand-off should include:
• A clean, publication-ready version (Word or PDF to match the source)
• An optional copy showing tracked changes or bilingual comparison, should I wish to audit specific choices
