Danish Medical Journal Translation

I have a 79-page Danish medical journal that must be translated into fluent, peer-review-ready English while looking like the original. Every heading, paragraph break, table, figure caption, page number, and reference placement has to line up precisely with the source; even the font family and point size must remain unchanged so the English file can simply replace the Danish one in our archive.

Nothing in the text stays in Danish—please translate every medical term, abbreviation, and footnote into clear, internationally understood English. When you finish, I should be able to click “Download” and receive a print-quality PDF.
