Create Islamic Ebooks in English/Arabic

Looking for someone to create ebooks on certain Islamic topics I provide.

I need someone fluent in English and Arabic you can NOT use google translate for this project you MUST be fluent.

First task would be an ebook for the 99 names of Allah and when to use them.
