Canton Fair ENG-CH Translator
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a fluent English-Chinese interpreter who can stand beside me throughout the Canton Fair in Guangzhou and help turn every supplier meeting into a clear, productive conversation. Your background in supplier negotiations is essential because we will be discussing prices, minimum order quantities, lead-times and contract terms with electronics manufacturers on the spot.
Beyond live interpretation at the booth aisles and over lunch meetings, I will rely on you to put any quotation sheets, technical specs or follow-up emails we collect into polished bilingual documents once we leave the hall each evening. In other words, both verbal and written translation are part of the job.
If you already know the electronics supply chain and have handled face-to-face talks at previous trade shows or factory visits, that experience will help us move quickly from first contact to actionable next steps. You will need to be physically present in Guangzhou for the full duration of the fair and able to keep concise notes of each discussion so nothing is lost in translation.
