looking for an English tutor who's specialised in IELTS preparation and writing skills(Filipino only)

I am looking for a Filipino English tutor who is specialized in writing skills and IELTS preparation for my child . my child is currently 12 years old who's receiving education at an English-medium school .his speaking and listening skills are good but he's extremely bad at writing and reading .so I am looking for a virtual tutor from the Philippines who can systematically help my child with basic writing skills .and also since my child will take IELTS in the future so I want the tutor can also give him an overall image of what IELTS is like and give him basic instruction on IELTS preparation.
my child will have 5-10 hours class every week during the summer school break,class can be conducted on Zoom or Voov tencent meeting .
hourly rate :160 PHP
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in tutoring IELTS preparation and writing skills
- Familiarity with the IELTS exam format and requirements
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on writing skills and help with developing writing techniques
- Flexibility and availability for more than 5 hours of tutoring per week
