Talking on meeting in English conference for 15 minutes on basic topics

We need a person who is not necessarily to be native speaker, but confident to talk to students on general, simple topics like weather, movies, music, etc. or any other topic you like for just 15 minutes on video on zoom any working day in December, January, any time from 8:30am PST to 7pm PST. We welcome and consider all candidates, and only because our audience are students, we prefer a candidate who is also a student themselves.
