The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching English as a second language, particularly in IELTS preparation. The trainer will be responsible for guiding students through the IELTS exam preparation process, including teaching strategies for improving reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Online Sessions: Teach IELTS preparation strategies via online platforms.
Develop Study Materials: Provide tailored study materials to meet students' needs.
Feedback and Progress Tracking: Offer regular feedback on students' progress and suggest improvements.
Curriculum Development: Assist students in understanding and meeting the requirements for different IELTS modules.
Regular Meetings: Participate in regular meetings to discuss student progress and curriculum updates.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency exams.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in English or a related field; certifications like CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL are highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection, familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and ability to use digital tools for lesson planning and delivery.
Work Schedule:
