Looking for an Expert English Teacher

The student is seeking an expert English teacher who can help achieve a decent level of proficiency. She prefers one-on-one lessons and her primary goal is to improve CONVERSATIONAL skills.
The ideal candidate should-
- have experience teaching students who have very basic knowledge of english
- be patient, and consistent while teaching
- be able to structure lessons that focus on improving conversation skills
- himself have good communication skills
- know Punjabi/Hindi, as the student is comfortable in these languages
- help develop student's Vocabulary over time
