Experienced Freelance Adult English Tutor

English Teacher for Adults – Freelance Position (5–10 hours/week)
Location: Beaune, France

English Plus is seeking a freelance or self-employed English teacher for adult learners (private one-to-one lessons) for a few hours per week (5 to 10 hours), ideally grouped into one or two working days.
We are looking for a qualified and/or experienced teacher who embraces a positive, active, inclusive, and student-centered teaching approach.
This role requires a teacher who can empower learners, build their confidence, and create a safe space where making mistakes is part of the learning process.
Lessons focus on spoken English and fluency, with grammar taught in context, according to each learner’s specific needs.
The teacher will be responsible for preparing tailored lessons based on individual goals and learning profiles.
Depending on the candidate’s experience, there may also be opportunities to teach small group classes (maximum 10 students), particularly with high school-aged teenagers.
