Evaluate 5 min presentation by students and make 1 minute feedback video

I'm hosting an English presentation contest for Japanese students.
The students are presenting their inquiry-based learning projects and what they learned from it in English.
I need 1 english educator outside Japan and India to evaluate the presentation and provide a 1 minute feedback video
You will be asked

- In this task, you will
1. Watch the presentation
2-1. Evaluate the presentation for clarity and expression
2-2. Provide comment on delivery
2-3. Provide Personal message of encouragement
3. Create video message, with you speaking the comments you wrote for 2-2 & 2-3
*the video should be around 60 seconds.

- You must be able to provide quality videos in applying for this task

- I ask that applicants be qualified TESOL instructors.

- I will provide the links to the videos once we agree on the conditions
