Evaluate 1-3 min presentation and make 1 minute feedback video (2)

I'm planning to host an English presentation contest for Japanese students.
I have some sample presentations and want to have 1-2 english teachers provide test evaluations.

- I've attached the evaluation sheets and a sample video message for your reference. There is 1 excel for each video and there are 3 videos that I would like you to evaluate.

- In this task, you will be
1. Watch the presentation
2-1. Evaluate the presentation
2-2. Provide comment on delivery
2-3. Provide Personal message of encouragement
3. Create video message, with you speaking the comments you wrote for 2-2 & 2-3
*the video should be within 60 seconds.

- You must be able to provide quality videos in applying for this task

- I ask that applicants be qualified TESOL instructors to. Please supply some kind of proof with your application to this task.

I want to know how long it takes for you to evaluate a video, so please clock yourselves for this task.

This is a test run, and based on the feedback I will host the real contest in February.
I intend to have 20-50 teams participating, and I hope that you can help me evaluate the submissions again.
