English speaking classes abour Premier League

I am looking for an English teacher who can conduct speaking classes about the Premier League (or other plain subjects that may be interesting). My target audience has an advanced level of English proficiency. The main focus of the classes should be on cultural context. Each class session should be 30 minutes long. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to engage the audience in lively discussions about the cultural aspects of the Premier League.
