Objective: To improve speaking and listening skills for beginner level learners through one-on-one tutoring.

Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in teaching English as a second language
- Familiarity with beginner level English curriculum and materials
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
- Patience and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learner's needs

Scope of Work:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with beginner level English learners
- Focus on improving speaking and listening skills
- Use interactive teaching methods to engage learners and make the learning process enjoyable
- Provide feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve their English proficiency
- Track learner's progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary

Deliverables:
- Weekly progress reports on learner's improvement
- Lesson plans and materials for each tutoring session
- Recorded sessions for learners to review and practice

Payment:
- Payment will be based on an hourly rate
- Payment will be made weekly or bi-weekly, depending on agreed terms
