Crossword Puzzle Gift

My husband is an avid NYT Crossword Puzzle solver. For his birthday (12/21) I want to build him a birthday puzzle, one with some theme clues about him/our family. We could figure those out together but constructing the puzzle would be largely your task (it’s so hard!). Very willing to discuss price and payment to find fair wage for the work. Thanks!
