I need Help writing up content on my website. It is a distribution company.

We are in the middle of having our company website re-developed. Modifying it from Woo commerce to Shopify. Our web developer is capable of doing all the back end programming but we also have a lot of information that we need help compartmentalising into proper sections. There is an FAQ page, shipping policies, order process, requirements, etc. we have all of this information written out. However we need it to be orderly and grammatically correct.
