Website Maintenance and Blog Reorganization

I am looking for a web developer who can assist me in fixing my website's menu. The issue I am experiencing is that the menu items are not linking to the correct pages. In addition to this, I need to have content added to specific buttons on the site. This will include text, images or videos, and links to other pages.
Collaboration will be key for this project, and I would like to communicate with the freelancer via video calls and have a Remote Desktop session . I am also looking for someone who can help me reorganize my blog and proofread my website. Your role will not only be fixing the immediate issues, but also teaching me the process so I can maintain the site in the future.
