Description:
Diligent Placers is seeking professional, U.S.-accented agents to guide warmed-up leads through our online scheduling process via Zoom or Google Meet. You’ll represent our brand on camera, assist clients in booking appointments, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Join video calls (Zoom/Google Meet) on camera and greet leads professionally

Walk clients step-by-step through the scheduling process

Troubleshoot any technical issues in real time

Communicate clearly with a U.S. accent and uphold brand standards

Requirements:

Reliable internet and a quiet, well-lit workspace

Experience on camera with Zoom or Google Meet

Excellent English communication skills with a U.S. accent

Professional appearance and demeanor on video

Schedule:

Minimum 6 hours per day; ideal shifts of 8–12 hours

Coverage window: 12:00–24:00 CET, Monday–Friday

Flexible start times within the above window; preference for 12:00–20:00 or 16:00–24:00 shifts
