Translation support manager

Handle phone calls, answer chats, give quotes to clients, and send out documents to clients. Everything is handled in our translation management software. You need to know Trados-Studio and be excellent in English writing and speaking. This is a long-term job. Training will be given. You will not be asked for translation work only for the management of our translation projects. We are open 24/7 so we have shifts available in GMT+1 8.30 am till 5.00 pm, 4.30 pm till 1.00 am and 0.30 am till 9.00 am. You will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Your bid will be for monthly payment. This payment can be done per week or per 2 weeks.
