Roles and Responsibilities Handled:

• Understanding the technologies, Resource Management, Sourcing strong and Cost-effective trainers, getting a trainer profile for the training.

Managing the trainers –

• Coordinating with the trainer and making them understand the training requirement.
• Maintaining good Relationships with Trainer & lead Owner.
• Maintaining good collaboration with the sales teamwork with the technical training requests/needs.
• Keeping the Track of the details of the training.
• Maintaining MIS(Management information System).

Trainer identification –

• Internal or external Vendor Management
• Trainer evaluation & shortlisting (calls between SMEs and trainers).
• Negotiations & scheduling Interacting with Facilities for Training readiness in delivery locations.
