Qualitative Interviews with Bangkok Bank Customers in Thailand
Budget: $75 – $80 SGD
I'm conducting qualitative, in-depth 1-on-1 interviews with Bangkok Bank credit card users in Thailand. The aim of this research study is to gain insights into customers' experiences with the banking app and credit card usage, particularly in terms of issue resolution.
The interviews will be conducted via Zoom in Thai Language, lasting 45 minutes each, on the dates of 20 and 21 November 2024. I'm seeking participants who are Bangkok Bank credit card holders (MCard or any other variant) and have a Bangkok Bank Savings account. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to research aimed at enhancing customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
- Participants must hold a Bangkok Bank Savings account and a Credit Card.
- Residents of Thailand, currently living in Thailand.
- Previous experiences with using Bangkok Bank's services.
- Availability for a 45-minute interview on the specified dates.
- Participants must be at least 25 years old.
