Reflection Paper 3
Examine an argument that Kant, Arendt, or Young put forth. In your own words, identify
their thesis. Do you agree or disagree with them? Explain your reasoning.
Consider a possible objection to their argument and how they might respond to it. Use
textual support (not lengthy quotes!) to make your case. Place this discussion in dialogue
with another thinker we have read this semester.
Finally, connect the author's thesis to their perspective on one of our core questions:
1) What is the good life?
2) What does it mean to form a more just society for the common good?
