Need a Long-term remote staff(EST Timezone). Knows some IT knowledge

I am looking for a long-term contract supporter who knows in English and little knowledge in Web development.
Should be able to use US VPN to co-operate with me.
It is very easy work, 1~2hrs/day. but require strong communication.
