Looking to hire BDE

Hi all, I'm looking for a BDE(bidder) for one of my freelancing account. I am looking for someone who has a technical background & conversation English level. I can pay to the selected candidates comission wise or salarywise (per month). Freshers are also welcome, but only the one who is willing to learn. No timepass, i will evaluate quick whether candidate is a timepasser or actually willing to learn. I have started a own funded started not much big just a start ..
