Looking for a customer support/sales operator position

We are seeking an experienced and independent specialist to handle customer service tasks and perform procurement duties on two different exchanges. Our company engages in sales and procurement of services on global platforms, and we are looking for a team member who can efficiently coordinate the communication process with customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Engage in effective communication with customers in English and Russian, providing them with information about our products and services.
Process orders from customers, obtaining necessary data and instructions for further steps.
Conduct purchases on one exchange from suppliers, following provided guidelines.
Transmit received customer data to suppliers for service execution and monitor the execution process.
Coordinate the process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to customers.
Close orders upon completion of all process stages and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience in customer interaction and order servicing.
Proficiency in English and Russian for effective communication is a MUST.
Familiarity with multiplayer video games.
Responsibility and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions.
Experience with online platforms is a plus.
